A certified ISO/IEC 42001 Implementer, he combines extensive enterprise technology leadership experience with a practical approach to responsible AI implementation and governance.

Jason Jordan
Jason (JJ) Jordan is Co-Founder and Head of Operations at ValiDATA.AI, specialising in AI governance, enterprise risk management and strategic advisory.
An ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor and Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society, he brings more than 25 years of senior technology leadership, including Chief Information Officer roles, helping organisations govern and adopt emerging technologies responsibly.

Craig Lingard
Craig Lingard is Co-Founder and Head of Digital Strategy at ValiDATA.AI, specialising in AI-enabled systems, automation and digital transformation.
ITIL Foundation and ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation certified, he brings more than 2 decades of experience in applications support and systems development, business technology and designs and builds the practical tools that help organisations adopt AI safely and effectively.

Bringing AI into a busy members’ club, safely
The challenge: Royal Queensland Golf Club’s office hand-wrote reciprocal letters of introduction for travelling members — repetitive work that was easy to let slip.
What we did: We built the Reciprocal Club Letter Generator: AI drafts each letter in seconds from the member’s details, the office reviews and edits before it’s sent, and every letter is logged.
The result: Letters that once took real time to type now go out in minutes - consistent, on-brand, and with people in control throughout.
